The Valley Collective is an event planning and coordination business based in Victoria’s stunning Yarra Valley. We offer full planning and coordination in the lead up to your event, on the day set up and pack down at your venue, or just the simple 'behind the scenes’ presence on the day to give you peace of mind, running last minute errands, meeting and coordinating your suppliers and generally overseeing and coordinating the days festivities.

+ On The Day Coordination
Hosting your event at a private property or a venue that does not include onsite Event Coordinators? Allow our team to manage your event, including the lead up, on the day and even the pack down. We can direct traffic, meet suppliers, oversee marquee set up’s, write your order of events and make sure your day runs like clockwork. We are happy to work in with your needs and requirements for your event.

We love collaborating with you on your style ideas and concept for your big day or special event.

If you don’t see something on our site- no stress. We custom make and will work with you on the design you are after or alternatively we will do our best to track down anything you require.
